1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or purchasing the NLY Better Life Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the program.

2. The product

NLY Better Life Course is a digital product delivered as a downloadable file. It is a personal development and mindset program. No physical goods are shipped. Results are not guaranteed — outcomes depend on individual effort and application.

3. Purchase and payment

• The price is $20.00 USD, paid as a one-time fee.
• Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We never receive or store your card details.
• Upon successful payment, your member account is created and access is granted automatically.
• Access is granted through your NLY member area. Create your account with the same email you used at checkout, and your purchase is matched to it automatically.

4. Refund policy

This is a digital product. You may request a refund within 12 hours of your purchase, provided you have not downloaded the program file. Refund requests are submitted from your member dashboard and are processed back to the original payment method through Shopify. After the 12-hour window, or once the file has been downloaded, all sales are final because the content is fully disclosed on download. If you never received access, contact support and we will fix it.

5. Intellectual property and licence

The NLY program, all content within it, and all materials on this website are the intellectual property of NLY and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the program for your own personal development only. You may not:

• Share, copy, distribute, sell, or re-sell the program or any part of it
• Use the content commercially without written permission
• Remove copyright notices or attribution

6. Member accounts

Your account is personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Each purchase is licensed to one individual. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in unauthorised sharing.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or the program to engage in any unlawful activity, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results. Mindset and personal development outcomes depend entirely on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NLY's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the program or this website shall not exceed the amount you paid ($20.00 USD).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
